Ken-Yon Rambo (Ken-Yon Rambo) was born on October 4, 1978 in Cerritos, California. After going to high school at Polytechnic (Long Beach, CA), Rambo attended Ohio State University. Rambo made his professional debut in the NFL in 2001 with the Dallas Cowboys. He played for the Dallas Cowboys for his entire 2 year career.
Most people believe that 2002 was Ken-Yon Rambo's best year.

Played in 17 regular season games with Calgary including the Western Semi-Final...finished the season third on the team in receiving with 54 catches for 789 yards and three touchdowns...played consistently throughout the season having one of his biggest games on the season opener vs Toronto...recording four receptions for 88 yards and one touchdown...he would also have a strong performance in the Labour Day Classic vs Edmonton recording 5 receptions for 75 yards...this was followed up with four receptions for 73 yards and one touchdown in the return game in Edmonton...Rambo was also used on special teams leading the team in punt returns with 26 for 329 yards (12.7 average)...his longest on the season was a 36 yarder...he also recorded 4 kick-off returns 60 yards...on the ground Rambo recorded 3 carries for 10 yards…one for a touchdown

Rambo finished eighth on Ohio State University's all-time reception list with 106 career catches and seventh in receiving yards with 1,849...he also set a school record with a 22.9-yard average on 64 kick-off returns...as a senior, Rambo caught a career-high 53 passes...while as a junior he earned All-Big Ten honourable mention honours and received the Paul Warfield Award, given to Ohio State's top receiver.
