Kelvin Korver (Kelvin Mitchell Korver) was born on February 21, 1949 in Dallas, Texas. After going to high school at Irving (TX), Korver attended Northwestern College and Texas Agricultural and Mechanical University. Korver made his professional debut in the NFL in 1973 with the Oakland Raiders. He played for the Oakland Raiders for his entire 3 year career.

Most people believe that 1973 was Kelvin Korver's best year.
