Kelvin Kinney (Kelvin Kinney) was born on December 31, 1972 in Montgomery, West Virginia. After going to high school at Dupont (WV) and Louisa (VA), Kinney attended Virginia State University. Kinney made his professional debut in the NFL in 1997 with the Washington Redskins. He played for the Washington Redskins for his entire 2 year career.

Most people believe that 1998 was Kelvin Kinney's best year.
