Kelly Stouffer (Kelly Wayne Stouffer) was born on July 6, 1964 in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. After going to high school at Rushville (NE), Stouffer attended Colorado State University. Stouffer made his professional debut in the NFL in 1988 with the Seattle Seahawks. He played for the Seattle Seahawks for his entire 4 year career.
Most people believe that 1988 was Kelly Stouffer's best year.
