Keith Tinsley (Keith Anthony Tinsley) was born on March 31, 1965 in Detroit, Michigan. After going to high school at Cooley (Detroit, MI), Tinsley attended the University of Pittsburgh. Tinsley made his professional debut in the NFL in 1987 with the Cleveland Browns. He played for the Cleveland Browns for his entire 1 year career.
