Keith Simpson (Keith Edward Simpson) was born on March 9, 1956 in Memphis, Tennessee. After going to high school at Hamilton (Memphis, TN), Simpson attended the University of Memphis. Simpson made his professional debut in the NFL in 1978 with the Seattle Seahawks. He played for the Seattle Seahawks for his entire 8 year career.
Most people believe that 1984 was Keith Simpson's best year, as he picked off 4 passes and ran back 2 interceptions for touchdowns.
