Keith Mccants (Alvin Keith McCants) was born on April 19, 1968 in Mobile, Alabama. After going to high school at Murphy (Mobile, AL), Mccants attended the University of Alabama. Mccants made his professional debut in the NFL in 1990 with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He played for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Houston Oilers and Arizona Cardinals over the course of his 6 year career.
Most people believe that 1991 was Keith Mccants's best year, as he recorded 5 sacks.
