Keith Franklin (Keith Franklin) was born on March 4, 1970 in Los Angeles, California. After going to high school at Dorsey (Los Angeles, CA), Franklin attended Glendale Community College and the University of South Carolina. Franklin made his professional debut in the NFL in 1995 with the Oakland Raiders. He played for the Oakland Raiders for his entire 1 year career.
