Born on September 9, 1973 in Chiba, Japan, Kazuhisa Ishii (Kazuhisa Ishii) played for the Los Angeles Dodgers and New York Mets over the course of his 4 year career. Ishii broke into the bigs on April 6, 2002 with the Los Angeles Dodgers, and put up a 4.27 ERA in 154 innings pitched in 2002, his rookie year.
Most people believe that Kazuhisa Ishii's best season was 2002, when he posted a 4.27 ERA, won 14 games and struck out 143 batters.
