Kayo Dottley (John Dottley) was born on August 25, 1929 in McGehee, Arkansas. After going to high school at (AR), Dottley attended the University of Mississippi. Dottley made his professional debut in the NFL in 1951 with the Chicago Bears. He played for the Chicago Bears for his entire 3 year career.
Most people believe that 1951 was Kayo Dottley's best year, as he ran for 670 yards.
