Kay Bell (Kay Dee Bell) was born on October 14, 1914 in Pullman, Washington. After going to high school at Lincoln (Seattle, WA), Bell attended Washington State Universtiy. Bell made his professional debut in the NFL in 1937 with the Chicago Bears. He played for the New York Giants and Chicago Bears over the course of his 2 year career.
