Karl Mecklenburg

Karl Mecklenburg (Karl Bernard Mecklenburg) was born on September 1, 1960 in Seattle, Washington. After going to high school at West (Edina, MA), Mecklenburg attended Augustana (South Dakota) and the University of Minnesota. Mecklenburg made his professional debut in the NFL in 1983 with the Denver Broncos. He played for the Denver Broncos for his entire 12 year career.
Most people believe that 1985 was Karl Mecklenburg's best year, as he recorded 13 sacks.
