Karl Henke (Karl Alfred Henke) was born on March 8, 1945 in Ventura, California. After going to high school at Ventura (CA), Henke attended the University of Tulsa and Ventura College. Henke made his professional debut in the AFL in 1968 with the New York Jets. He played for the Boston Patriots and New York Jets over the course of his 2 year career.
