Kal Daniels (Kalvoski Daniels) was born on August 20, 1963 in Vienna, Georgia. He made his Major League debut on April 9, 1986 for the Cincinnati Reds. In 1986, his rookie year, he hit .320 with 6 home runs and 23 RBI. Daniels played for the Cincinnati Reds, Los Angeles Dodgers and Chicago Cubs over the course of his 7 year career.

There is some disagreement on what was Kal Daniels's most productive season. Some believe that it was 1990, when he slugged 27 home runs, hit for a .296 average and knocked in 94 runs. However, others believe that it was 1988, when he slugged 18 home runs, stole 27 bases, hit for a .291 average and knocked in 64 runs.
