Junior Spivey (Ernest Lee Spivey) was born on January 28, 1975 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He made his Major League debut on June 2, 2001 for the Arizona Diamondbacks. In 2001, his rookie year, he hit .258 with 5 home runs and 21 RBI. Spivey played for the Arizona Diamondbacks, Milwaukee Brewers and Washington Nationals over the course of his 5 year career.
Most people believe that Junior Spivey's best season was 2002, when he slugged 16 home runs, hit for a .301 average and knocked in 78 runs.
