Julio Peguero (Julio Cesar (Santana) Peguero) was born on September 7, 1968 in San Isidro, Distrito Nacional (Dominican Republic). He made his Major League debut on April 8, 1992 for the Philadelphia Phillies. Peguero played for the Philadelphia Phillies for his entire 1 year career.
