Judge McCredie (Walter Henry McCredie) was born on November 9, 1876 in Manchester, Iowa. He made his Major League debut on April 20, 1903 for the Brooklyn Superbas. In 1903, his rookie year, he hit .324 with 0 home runs and 20 RBI. McCredie played for the Brooklyn Superbas for his entire 1 year career.
