Juan Bernhardt (Juan Ramon (Coradin) Bernhardt) was born on August 31, 1953 in San Pedro de Macoris, Macoris (Dominican Republic). He made his Major League debut on July 10, 1976 for the New York Yankees. In 1977, his rookie year, he hit .243 with 7 home runs and 30 RBI. Bernhardt played for the New York Yankees and Seattle Mariners over the course of his 3 year career.
