Josh Phelps (Joshua Lee Phelps) was born on May 12, 1978 in Anchorage, Alaska. He made his Major League debut on June 13, 2000 for the Toronto Blue Jays. In 2002, his rookie year, he hit .309 with 15 home runs and 58 RBI. Phelps played for the Toronto Blue Jays, Cleveland Indians and Tampa Bay Devil Rays over the course of his 6 year career.

Most people believe that Josh Phelps's best season was 2003, when he slugged 20 home runs and knocked in 66 runs.
