Josh Beckett Reacts to that Whole Cy Young Award Thing

Josh Beckett would have been my choice for the 2007 Cy Young Award out of the American League. And you have to believe that a lot of others agree -- enough people where Beckett could have reasonably assumed that he was the favorite.

I wondered how Beckett reacted to hearing he came in second, but alas, I'm a lowly nobody with no access to the stars. But a random bit of Googling found me this gem: Josh Beckett's MySpace page.

It's pimped out like one would expect -- Boston Red Sox theme, a video of Jonathan Papelbon dancing, and his teammates as his top friends. His message board is a list of condolences about the non-Cy. Whatever, all expected.

But... wait. What's that in his profile box?

Yeah, he's not too shabby. Definitely not the best-looking guy on his own team (Ellsbury is a GOD). But his attitude is very sexy.

Yeah, I doubt this is really him, but I'm sure Beckett is pissed. Not that C.C. didn't deserve it, but Beckett seems like a stubborn guy who probably thinks he's the best.
