Born on May 21, 1963 in Puerto Plata, Puerto Plata (Dominican Republic), Jose Roman (Jose Rafael (Sarita) Roman) played for the Cleveland Indians for his entire 3 year career. Roman broke into the bigs on September 5, 1984 with the Cleveland Indians.
