Jose Portilla (Jose Casiano Portilla)After going to high school at MacArthur (Houston, TX), Portilla attended Brigham Young University-Idaho and the University of Arizona. Portilla made his professional debut in the NFL in 1998 with the Atlanta Falcons. He played for the Atlanta Falcons for his entire 2 year career.
