Born on August 20, 1963 in Ciudad Obregon, Sonora (Mexico), Jose Cecena (Jose Isabel (Lugo) Cecena) played for the Texas Rangers for his entire 1 year career. Cecena broke into the bigs on April 6, 1988 with the Texas Rangers.
