Jorge Diaz (Jorge Armando Diaz) was born on November 15, 1973 in New York, New York. After going to high school at Katy (San Antonio, TX), Diaz attended Kilgore College and Texas Agricultural and Mechanical University-Kingsville. Diaz made his professional debut in the NFL in 1996 with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He played for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Dallas Cowboys over the course of his 5 year career.
