Jordan Carstens (Jordan Lee Carstens) was born on January 22, 1981. After going to high school at Panorama (Panora, IA), Carstens attended Iowa State University. Carstens made his professional debut in the NFL in 2004 with the Carolina Panthers. He has played for the Carolina Panthers for his entire 3 year career.

Most people believe that 2005 was Jordan Carstens's best year.
