Jon Shields (Jon Rayborn Shields) was born on April 30, 1964. After going to high school at Fort Vancouver (Vancouver, WA), Shields attended Portland State University and Walla Walla Community College. Shields made his professional debut in the NFL in 1987 with the Dallas Cowboys. He played for the Dallas Cowboys for his entire 1 year career.
