Jon Jelacic

Jon Jelacic (Jon F. Jelacic) was born on December 19, 1936 in Brainerd, Minnesota. After going to high school at Washington (Brainerd, MN), Jelacic attended the University of Minnesota. Jelacic made his professional debut in the NFL in 1958 with the New York Giants. He played in the NFL for 1 year, playing for the New York Giants the entire time. Jelacic also played in the AFL for 4 years, playing for the Oakland Raiders the entire time.
Most people believe that 1963 was Jon Jelacic's best year, as he ran back an interception for a touchdown.
