Jon Hand (Jon Thomas Hand) was born on November 13, 1963 in Sylacauga, Alabama. After going to high school at Sylacauga (AL), Hand attended the University of Alabama. Hand made his professional debut in the NFL in 1986 with the Indianapolis Colts. He played for the Indianapolis Colts for his entire 9 year career.
Most people believe that 1989 was Jon Hand's best year, as he recorded 10 sacks.
