Jon Carter (Jon S. Carter) was born on March 12, 1965 in Los Angeles, California. After going to high school at Varnado (LA), Carter attended the University of Pittsburgh. Carter made his professional debut in the NFL in 1989 with the Dallas Cowboys. He played for the Dallas Cowboys for his entire 1 year career.
