Jolbert Cabrera (Jolbert Alexis Cabrera) was born on December 8, 1972 in Cartagena, Colombia. He made his Major League debut on April 12, 1998 for the Cleveland Indians. In 2000, his rookie year, he hit .251 with 2 home runs and 15 RBI. Cabrera played for the Cleveland Indians, Los Angeles Dodgers and Seattle Mariners over the course of his 7 year career.

Most people believe that Jolbert Cabrera's best season was 2003, when he hit for a .282 average.
