Johnny Wiatrak (John P. Wiatrak) was born on March 30, 1913 in Chicago, Illinois. After going to high school at DePaul Academy (Chicago, IL), Wiatrak attended the University of Washington. Wiatrak made his professional debut in the NFL in 1939 with the Detroit Lions. He played for the Detroit Lions for his entire 1 year career.
