Johnny Sisk (John M. Sisk) was born on December 11, 1906 in New Haven, Connecticut. After going to high school at St. Viator Academy (Kankakee, IL), Sisk attended Marquette University. Sisk made his professional debut in the NFL in 1932 with the Chicago Bears. He played for the Chicago Bears for his entire 5 year career.

Most people believe that 1933 was Johnny Sisk's best year.
