Johnny Poto (John P. Poto) was born on April 10, 1926 in Boston, Massachusetts. After going to high school at East (Boston, MA), Poto attended none. Poto made his professional debut in the NFL in 1947 with the Boston Yanks. He played for the Boston Yanks for his entire 2 year career.
Most people believe that 1948 was Johnny Poto's best year.
