Johnny Petitbon (John Ellis Petitbon) was born on June 4, 1931 in New Orleans, Louisiana. After going to high school at Jesuit (New Orleans, LA), Petitbon attended the University of Notre Dame. Petitbon made his professional debut in the NFL in 1952 with the Dallas Cowboys. He played for the Cleveland Browns, Green Bay Packers and Dallas Cowboys over the course of his 4 year career.
Most people believe that 1952 was Johnny Petitbon's best year, as he picked off 5 passes.
