Johnny Neun (John Henry Neun) was born on October 28, 1900 in Baltimore, Maryland. He made his Major League debut on April 14, 1925 for the Detroit Tigers. In 1926, his rookie year, he hit .298 with 0 home runs and 15 RBI. Neun played for the Detroit Tigers and Boston Braves over the course of his 6 year career.

Most people believe that Johnny Neun's best season was 1927, when he hit for a .324 average.
