Johnny Lucadello (John Lucadello) was born on February 22, 1919 in Thurber, Texas. He made his Major League debut on September 24, 1938 for the St. Louis Browns. In 1941, his rookie year, he hit .279 with 2 home runs and 31 RBI. Lucadello played for the St. Louis Browns and New York Yankees over the course of his 6 year career.

Most people believe that Johnny Lucadello's best season was 1941, when he hit for a .279 average.
