Johnny Kucab

Born on December 17, 1919 in Olyphant, Pennsylvania, Johnny Kucab (John Albert Kucab) played for the Philadelphia Athletics for his entire 3 year career. Kucab broke into the bigs on September 14, 1950 with the Philadelphia Athletics, and put up a 4.22 ERA in 74.2 innings pitched in 1951, his rookie year.
