Born on March 4, 1890 in Brooklyn, New York, Johnny Enzmann (John Enzmann) played for the Brooklyn Superbas, Cleveland Indians and Philadelphia Phillies over the course of his 4 year career. Enzmann broke into the bigs on July 10, 1914 with the Brooklyn Superbas, and put up a 2.37 ERA in 136.2 innings pitched in 1918, his rookie year.

Most people believe that Johnny Enzmann's best season was 1918, when he posted a 2.37 ERA.
