Johnny Binotto (John Binotto) was born on November 24, 1919 in Lawrence, Pennsylvania. After going to high school at Cecil (PA), Binotto attended Duquesne University. Binotto made his professional debut in the NFL in 1942 with the Pittsburgh Steelers. He played for the Pittsburgh Steelers for his entire 1 year career.
