Born on September 10, 1911 in Copperhill, Tennessee, Johnnie Chambers (Johnnie Monroe Chambers) played for the St. Louis Cardinals for his entire 1 year career. Chambers broke into the bigs on May 4, 1937 with the St. Louis Cardinals.
