John Weldon (John Ambrose Weldon) was born on November 7, 1895 in Watertown, New York. After going to high school at Central (Detroit, MI), Weldon attended Lafayette College. Weldon made his professional debut in the APFA in 1920 with the Buffalo All-Americans. He played for the Buffalo All-Americans for his entire 1 year career.
