John Welbourn (John Russell Welbourn) was born on March 30, 1976 in Torrance, California. After going to high school at Palos Verdes Peninsula (Rolling Hills Estate, CA), Welbourn attended Univeristy of California. Welbourn made his professional debut in the NFL in 1999 with the Philadelphia Eagles. He has played for the Philadelphia Eagles and Kansas City Chiefs over the course of his 8 year career.
