John Verhoeven

Born on July 3, 1952 in Long Beach, California, John Verhoeven (John C. Verhoeven) played for the California Angels, Chicago White Sox and Minnesota Twins over the course of his 4 year career. Verhoeven broke into the bigs on July 6, 1976 with the California Angels, and put up a 3.97 ERA in 99.2 innings pitched in 1980, his rookie year.
