Born on August 7, 1962 in Lafayette Hills, Pennsylvania, John Trautwein (John Howard Trautwein) played for the Boston Red Sox for his entire 1 year career. Trautwein broke into the bigs on April 7, 1988 with the Boston Red Sox.
