John Teltschik (John Robert Teltschik) was born on March 8, 1964 in Floresville, Texas. After going to high school at Tivy (Kerrville, TX), Teltschik attended the University of Texas. Teltschik made his professional debut in the NFL in 1986 with the Philadelphia Eagles. He played for the Philadelphia Eagles for his entire 4 year career.
Most people believe that 1988 was John Teltschik's best year, as he dropped 28 punts inside the 20 and had a 40.4 yard punt average.
