John Talley (John Thomas Talley) was born on December 19, 1964 in Cleveland, Ohio. After going to high school at Shaw (East Cleveland, OH), Talley attended West Virginia University. Talley made his professional debut in the NFL in 1990 with the Cleveland Browns. He played for the Cleveland Browns for his entire 2 year career.
Most people believe that 1990 was John Talley's best year.
