John Starnes (Starnes John Greg) was born on December 25, 1962 in Corpus Christi, Texas. After going to high school at Flour Bluff (Corpus Christi, TX), Starnes attended the University of North Texas. Starnes made his professional debut in the NFL in 1987 with the Atlanta Falcons. He played for the Atlanta Falcons for his entire 1 year career.
