John Sisk (John Martin Sisk) was born on July 15, 1941 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. After going to high school at Marquette (Wauwatosa, WI), Sisk attended Marquette University and the University of Miami. Sisk made his professional debut in the NFL in 1964 with the Chicago Bears. He played for the Chicago Bears for his entire 1 year career.
