John Polisky (John Polisky) was born on January 15, 1901 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. After going to high school at Bellaire (OH), Polisky attended St. Edward's University and the University of Notre Dame. Polisky made his professional debut in the NFL in 1929 with the Chicago Bears. He played for the Chicago Bears for his entire 1 year career.
