John Parrella

John Parrella (John Lorin Parrella) was born on November 22, 1969 in Topeka, Kansas. After going to high school at Central Catholic (Grand Island, NE), Parrella attended the University of Nebraska. Parrella made his professional debut in the NFL in 1993 with the Buffalo Bills. He played for the San Diego Chargers, Oakland Raiders and Buffalo Bills over the course of his 12 year career.
Most people believe that 2000 was John Parrella's best year, as he recorded 7 sacks.
